ABOUT Tx Via
TxVia is a New York City based technology company providing a new direction to prepaid card processing using Model Driven Architecture. We work with our clients to develop and market prepaid cards on a variety of networks. We provide software and tools, guidance and managed services, and a customizable platform to allow companies to process prepaid cards.

IMPLEMENTATION ANALYST
Overview:
Acting on our continued growth, we seek Implementation Analysts experienced in full lifecycle technical implementations as well as business process reengineering and project management to join our Operations group. Candidates must be able to handle a number of simultaneous projects and demonstrate ownership in order to drive projects to completion. The ideal candidate will have attained a high level of technical proficiency within multiple implementation lifecycles and will have expertise translating business requirements into technical specifications. We look for leaders who demonstrate high personal productivity and integrity, who can work largely unassisted and as part of a close-knit team.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle technical implementation for customers
Responsible for product quality testing for individual accounts and ensures customer configuration meets quality standards before release to customer
Administer the ongoing maintenance and support of individual accounts - the execution of maintenance checks and resolution of support tickets
Manage the technical implementation of product extensions, customizations, or new product modules in the customer environment
Manages product upgrades for customers
Communicate effectively with technical personnel and managers at all levels
Drive priorities and deadlines to completion, not just record and manage them
Maintain documentation on a weekly basis for all assigned customers
Effectively communicate and escalate issues, roadblocks and risks to management while maintaining responsibility for their resolution
Required Skills / Experience:
A minimum of 3 years in a client-facing systems analysis, technical support or implementation role
Experienced in implementation of packaged software solutions within a standard implementation life cycle
Well-organized, self-starter, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
A good motivator relentlessly focused on reaching product objectives, driven to succeed
A strong analytical, natural instinct and enthusiasm for problem solving
Education:
Computer Science degree or comparable work experience
